NANPP AFFINITY GROUP PROGRAM

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

NANPP's Affinity Group Program provides members and other nonprofit professionals with opportunities to network with others from a particular group who have shared interests and common goals.

NANPP members are encouraged to participate in any and all Affinity Group networking and educational gatherings as a way to enhance their membership. Non-members who participate in Affinity Groups will benefit from the opportunity to learn more about NANPP and how it can be an important part of their career development.

Asians in Nonprofits Affinity Group

This group fosters diversity and engagements among Asian nonprofit professionals to support them personally and professionally by encouraging mentoring, coaching, and service to the community.

Blacks in Nonprofits Affinity Group

This group fosters diversity and engagements among Black nonprofit professionals to support them personally and professionally by encouraging mentoring, coaching, and service to the community.

Latinos in Nonprofits Affinity Group

This group fosters diversity and engagements among Latino nonprofit professionals to support them personally and professionally by encouraging mentoring, coaching, and service to the community.

LGBTQ in Nonprofits Affinity Group

The group creates and fosters informal mentoring relationships to support the professional development of LGBTQ nonprofit professionals and works to promote NANPP to LGBTQ employees.

Native Americans in Nonprofits Affinity Group

This group fosters diversity and engagements among Native American nonprofit professionals to support them personally and professionally by encouraging mentoring, coaching, and service to the community.

Young Professionals Affinity Group

NANPP begins the recruitment and retention of future nonprofit employees through our Young Professionals Council (YPC). The YPC is a network of young professionals dedicated to furthering the mission of NANPP through engagement, networking events, social outings, meaningful volunteer opportunities, and fundraising.
